Every new therapist enters a 12-month Mentorship Program to help you become skilled in evidence-based interventions with an emphasis on functional mobility, high level assessment tools, and manual therapy. We are a collaborative team. As part of our Mentorship Program, you will have interdisciplinary engagement with surgery observation, physician shadowing, and service line opportunities. We value continuing education . We will bring it to you internally with monthly guest MDs and hosting continuing Ed courses. We encourage you to learn externally as well. Therapist and Physician Interdisciplinary Care Models At OrthoRI, we optimize patient success with our team approach to patient care . We are the exclusive Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Partner of the RIIL, as well as care providers with local universities and professional teams.
