Senior Business Banking Support Specialist

Job Description:


Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel for cash management products and services. Consistently delivers professional service to internal and external customers and supports management requests on all levels. Performs customer setups; prepares contracts and maintains customer files. Resolves problems within given authority. Provides training to customers on the various cash management services. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence and participates in special department projects. Collaborates with VP, Cash Management Sales Managers to produce product support/training documents. Adheres to policies and procedures for Cash Management. Participates in discussions with prospects, customers and sales team, demonstrates product functionality. Assists in developing Cash Management pricing for Commercial, Not for Profit and Municipal business lines. Gathers customer requirements and collaborates with operations when implementing new customers. Responds to direct customer questions and questions from branches, operations and sales team. Monitors product usage and system operation. Assist in the coordination and support of audits and examinations. Maintains industry knowledge of solutions, pricing and products to keep products current and competitive. Manage projects to implement Cash Management products and services. Responsible for commercial account analysis. Manages risk by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulations and conducting initial and ongoing risk assessments. Monitors product vendor communications on enhancements, scheduled maintenance, added features and functionality. Develops and delivers product training and documentation to department staff, branches, management, sales and other departments. Serves as a liaison between customers and various operational functions within the Bank. Provides customer support on products and services. Reviews, processes, and submits risk analysis review of customer information for Cash Management products. Assist Commercial Lenders and Cash Management's Manager with document preparation for accounts, business products, services and customer service issues. Research and develop commercial account analysis, comparisons and proposals for new business prospects and for annual reviews for existing clients.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required, five plus years of banking experience required. Ability to interpret and comprehend procedures, instructions, bank policies, as well as understanding all regulatory compliance associated with the position. Ability to calculate figures such as interest calculations and fee income/loss, as well as analyze transaction processing through the use of internal reports Strong knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office products.Job Type: Full-time
