They are seeking 2-3 years of relevant experience. If interested and qualified, please reach out to tim.naser@randstadusa.com. salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities The Staff Accountant's responsibilities will cover a wide range of tasks across the finance department Assist the team with day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the Finance Department Reporting: prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bordereaux reports Accounts Receivable: client invoicing, invoice reconciliation and deposits Claims Payable: prepare daily claims payable batches for approval Miscellaneous Projects and System Updates: work with management on continuous efficiencies, misc You will learn the fundamentals of our accounting system and begin to create batches for claim payments which will be reviewed by our senior staff accountants You will then learn our invoicing and collections procedures and will work besides our staff accountants to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to our clients Six Months to One Year: By six months you will be processing claim payments and operational payables through the workflows on your own You will still perform your daily responsibilities, but you will also be expected to contribute to workflow and system improvement discussions Skills + Corporate Accounting + Accounts Payable + Accounts Receivable + Claims + Claims Processing + SAGE + Excel Pivot Tables + Excel + Excel Macros + Insurance Claim Processing + Accounting Coursework Qualifications + Years of experience: 3 years + Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
