Job Description:

HCH Enterprises is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).The position will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties including, but not limited to, coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, expenses, document review and filings, etc. The Administrative Assistant will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exercise mature and professional judgment, and have outstanding time management skills.The position will be required to be in the office. Local candidate is highly desired.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Performing minor accounting duties.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Other administrative duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
    • BA/BS Degree, or a HS DiplomaExperience
      • (9) nine years of administrative assistant experience.Knowledge
        • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Skills/ Abilities
          • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
          • Must be able to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
          • Ability to be discreet and handle highly confidential information
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
          • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
          • Possesses a high degree of self-initiative
          • Strong project management skills and well organized
