Collision Customer Administrative RepOur busy Collision Center is looking to hire a motivated Admin Rep to help assist our managers, team and customers.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate repair needs for Collision associatesUpdate appropriate customer and staff with repair status of vehiclesDaily interaction with customers, appraiser, technicians and managersCommunicate processes to vehicle repair in a timely and effective manner to all customersContact appropriate parties for delivery needsTrack production schedule for vehicles and communicate those targets with customers and collision center associates.Maintain continual industry education to keep up with changes in repair requirements and product knowledgeEnvironmental & Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
