Responsibilities for this Outbound Call Center Representative job include:

*Call existing customers

*Re-engage the customer and setup a 15 minute phone appointment with a local licensed representative to discuss current and future insurance needs

Qualifications:

*Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products as well as administrative, claims, underwriting and marketing organizations

*Excellent oral & written communication skills

*Superior telephone etiquette

*Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas

*Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers

Pay for this position is $11.47/hr. This is a temporary opportunity.
