Job Description Job Description Job Title: Senior Customer Service Specialist Location: Meriden, CT (Onsite – local candidates only) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to $70,000 annually Our client has partnered exclusively with Robert Half in search of a Senior Customer Service Specialist with manufacturing industry experience to join a growing team local to Meriden, CT. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting customer accounts from order placement through fulfillment. The ideal candidate brings strong tenure, attention to detail, and confidence working with pricing, orders, and customer communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery Manage pricing, quotes, and order adjustments accurately and efficiently Coordinate with internal teams (production, planning, logistics, sales) to ensure timely fulfillment Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers Maintain accurate records within ERP/order management systems Support account management tasks and build long-term customer relationships Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Qualifications: 5 years of steady experience in a customer service or order management role Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required Proven experience with pricing and order processing Strong customer communication and relationship management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Interested and qualified candidates should apply by emailing their resume to: daniele.zavarella@roberthalf com 5 years of steady experience in a customer service or order management role Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required Proven experience with pricing and order processing Strong customer communication and relationship management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
