What We Offer Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Profit Sharing 401K Short and Long Term Disability RESPONSIBILITIES Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying Maintain office supplies for specific location REQUIREMENTS Bilingual Preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Office suite Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
