And with our progressive growth and product expansion, we're looking to add a Marketing Associate to our team to deliver fresh ideas, create compelling written content, and help grow our brands across a variety of marketing, sales, and distribution channels.The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.   • Provides administrative and project support for a variety of marketing activities including, but not limited to, social media, email marketing, photography and video production, paid advertising, sales collateral, and event marketing
  • Assists in the development of our websites and mobile app by coordinating with external development teams, maintaining an organized log of tickets and issues, and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Writes, proofreads, and edits creative and technical content across a variety of print and digital mediums that upholds brand standards and ensures information accuracy
  • Supports the marketing and e-commerce teams with planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns and programs, including analyzing data and reporting on key metrics and insights
  • Collaborates with internal teams to brainstorm and develop breakthrough strategies for new product launches and commercialization across B2C and B2B channels
  • Ensures all marketing efforts serve to achieve business goals and overarching brand strategies, identifying and executing improvements for programs, processes, and content
  • Supports the maintenance and development of internal tools, including project management software, file-sharing platforms, content syndication tools, and other databasesSkills and Competencies
    • Excellent written communication skills and a passion for writing (in any form or voice)
    • An innate, creative eye to assist with the creation and approval of compelling, visual content
    • A strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce for consumer-packaged goods
    • The ability to ensure project deadlines are met through prioritization, organization, and resource allocation
    • A passion for collaboration balanced with self-discipline to manage projects independently
    • An interest in learning and assisting in various areas of the marketing framework
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • The ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, communicate key insights, and provide knowledgeable recommendationsBonus Skills
      • Experience planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on self-service, digital platforms
      • A basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
      • Experience with tools and software that facilitate marketing automation, analytics, project management, collaboration, and/or content syndication (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Asana, Salsify, Box)
      • Familiarity with Magento or a similar content management system (CMS)Requirements
        • Experience or an extreme interest in marketing and communications
        • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
        • The ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with two days per week at our headquarters in North Kingstown, RI, and the remaining days remote
        • Must be able to work legally in the United StatesOur Company
