Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with
experience across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
This role involves providing specialized speech and language
services to students, supporting their communication development
and educational progress. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose,
and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
from elementary through high school. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
support student success. Maintain accurate documentation of
services and student progress. Participate in team meetings and
contribute to the development of school-wide communication support
strategies. Travel between school sites as required to deliver
services. Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in
Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure or certification
as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with children
across elementary, middle, and high school age groups. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct
assessments and design effective intervention programs. Willingness
to travel between different school locations. Location: Position is
based in Waterbury, Connecticut, with travel to various local
