Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support an elementary school caseload in Boston, MA. This contract role spans a full semester, with a start date ASAP and an end date of June 30, 2026. The position offers 40 hours per week for full-time candidates or 20 hours per week for part-time candidates, with one opening available. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students Develop and write IEP goals and reports in compliance with school policies Deliver individual and group speech therapy services onsite Consult with teachers and communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Qualifications: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of Massachusetts Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Current Clinical Fellow (CF) status Proven experience working in a school-based setting Ability to manage an elementary caseload effectively Compliance with CORI background check and fingerprint clearance Onsite work is mandatory due to the nature and size of the caseload SLP Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered for this role This role requires a thorough understanding of school-based therapy practices along with strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates will undergo an initial Zoom interview.
