Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day offshore project operations, including crane lifts, subsea installations, and deck activities. Health & Safety (HSSE): Enforce strict safety protocols, including emergency response, BOSIET compliance, and risk management (SIMOPS). Project Execution: Execute project plans according to technical specifications, budgets, and timelines. Liaison & Coordination: Serve as primary contact between onshore project management, clients, and vessel crew. Reporting: Prepare daily reports, maintain logbooks, and monitor project milestones. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering preferred. Experience: Extensive experience (often 10-20 years) in offshore construction, subsea installation, or Brownfield repairs. Certifications: Valid BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training), offshore medical certificate, and specialized safety training (e.g., MIST). Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making under pressure, technical knowledge of marine operations, and proficiency in project management software.
