Job Description:

Exact Staff is hiring for our client, a leader in the recycling industry. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support daily operations at a high-volume warehouse that processes plastics and metals using industrial shredding equipment. Location: Holliston, MA Pay: $23.50/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Start Immediately Key Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance and repairs on shredders and warehouse equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively. Lead and delegate tasks to other maintenance staff as needed. Ensure all safety procedures are followed during repairs and equipment use. Keep detailed records of maintenance logs and equipment performance. Support production teams by minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.
