Skills Deep technical expertise Strong problem-solving abilities High efficiency and attention to detail Leadership and team support Responsibilities Handle complex repairs and escalated service call cases Perform advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve challenging issues Train, mentor, and support junior technicians Lead small projects or specialized service initiatives Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service processes and efficiency Serve as a technical resource and point of escalation for the field team Growth Goal Act as a technical expert and field Team Leader, supporting team development and service excellence.
