at the location detailed in the job post. Eaton’s Electrical
division is currently seeking a Materials Operations Manager -
Supply Chain to join our team in Worcester, MA. Relocation
assistance within the US will be provided. The Materials Operations
Manager - Supply Chain is responsible for managing materials &
scheduling processes required to drive the maximum adherence to the
Master Production Schedule provided by the Network Planning team
through the SIOP process. The expected annual salary range for this
role is $97,000 - $160,000 a year. Please note the salary

based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as
well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: Manage
materials flow and transactions inventory to support the plant’s
operations by deploying lean material flow. Manage direct/indirect
and Maintenance, Repair & Other (MRO) purchasing function according
to policies and practices determined by Eaton standards. Generate
and monitor execution of production schedule defined by the Network
(schedule labor on factory floor, monitor execution of the
production plan) Drive forecast attainment aligned with the Master
Production Schedule (MPS) resulted from the Supply, Inventory, &
Operations Planning (SIOP) plan Execute shipment schedule aligned
with the customer priority dates aligned with the network and
customer service team. Champion and deploy continuous improvement
leveraging tools to achieve/exceed site metrics Maintain target
inventory levels and meeting On Time Delivery (OTD) goals for both
internal and external customers and overall freight targets
(including premium freight) Responsible for plant owned data health
activities including but not limited to routings and WMS system,
MRO, shipping and receiving, part movements, production scheduling

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities This role could be the

experience: Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution Minimum
five (5) years’ combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or
Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment Minimum
three (3) years of manager of people experience You will set
yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:
Experience in supporting cross-functional SIOP and Inventory
management processes Technical knowledge of forecasting techniques,
bill of material structuring and scheduling execution SAP knowledge
In-depth knowledge of plant manufacturing processes and value
streams from raw materials to finished product APICS CPIM
