Job Summary Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of semi-automated filling equipment used to fill syringe orders. Duties & Responsibilities Perform the job in a cleanroom environment requiring cleanroom gowning. Perform setup/operations/troubleshooting of labeling equipment and semi-automated equipment used to fill syringes. Perform in-process sampling on the packaging line, ensuring that product quality adheres to approved specifications. Perform job responsibilities following standard operation procedures (SOPs). Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement and OEE initiatives. Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities Be articulate and able to work collaboratively, both internally and externally, as a team player. Accept direction and supervision, while possessing the initiative to make independent decisions. Possess the highest levels of personal and professional integrity. Multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work meticulously, neatly, precisely and with a high level of accuracy. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of packaging equipment a plus, experience including but not limited to: syringe consumables, dispensers, scales, centrifuges, dispensers, sealers, and labelers. Experience in laboratory production conditions and clean room a plus. Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times. Information & Compensation & Benefits Location: Billerica, MA Schedule: 1 st Shift 7:30 A.M-4:00 P.M. Monday-Friday Pay: This position has a salary range of $20.00 - $22.00. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location Bonus Pay: Meridian offers an incentive plan for 2025 focused on safety, quality, and financial metrics. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with earned payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
