Core Objectives/Job Responsibilities -Responsible for the consistent conversion of new client sales, referrals, renewals, upsells, and reactivations. -
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: -On a daily basis this person will:

  • Book and complete consults with leads in the HubSpot database, Facebook groups, online social platforms, and email list
    • Model the closing process in joint consults with each member of their social selling team
      • Manage the metrics, KPI's and execution of sales generation work by each sales team member -
        • Teach coach and train team members on database management, effective nurture, and the conversions of new client sales calls, referrals, renewals, upsells, and reactivations.
          • Present and sell on camera via live streams, info sessions, masterclasses, etc. to provide value to the market, build goodwill, and ultimately generate leads and conversions
            • Engage with the market on social media and build relationships via the podcast, books, and online content to nurture and ultimately add to the qualified database
              • Conduct weekly database meetings with each team member to strategize action plans and custom closing strategies by person
                • Manage the Hubspot reporting, database integrity, and bucketing of leads for accurate pipelining and projections of sales to close by month
                  • Come up with innovative strategies and partner with the marketing team to initiate campaigns to segments of the population to achieve growth and revenue goals -
                    • Manage team to and personally execute making sure each team member progresses forward and gets and stays on track each week -
                      • Participate in hiring, training, promoting, and or effectively exiting sales team members focusing on a reinvestment plan to continually expand and grow the team profitably
                        Job Requirements:
                        • Candidates must reside in Rhode Island or Massachusetts
                        • 10 years of sales team leadership experience within a service-based business selling high ticket offerings -
                        • Proven skills in Leadership, Communication, Strategic Planning, and Coaching
                        • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced, efficient, and effective business
                        • Ability to thrive on being evaluated based on achieving desired statistical results -
                        • Excellent competencies in consistent Follow-up and Team Accountability
                        • Ability to have a granular focus on the internal and external customer in order to grow sales
                        • Ability to role model selling behaviors
                        • High level of competency to present and sell via zoom, etc. articulating our product and demonstrating an engaging and enthusiastic presence -
