The Client Delivery Manager role focuses on helping clients meet their objectives (users, leads or sales) by ensuring we deliver the right solutions for them and their brands. It's about delivering high-quality outputs for our clients and internal initiatives by helping develop, run and improve our AGILE framework.
You will work with the Account Director and Client Delivery Director to ensure we build long term success for the organisation through our delivery framework. You will know every detail of the service we provide and act as the link between our client, drivvn's product teams and drivvn's developments teams. You will help drive efficiency and quality into great products and service we provide.
You will ensure we meet and exceed all KPI's whilst ensuring we optimise efficiency and deliver a strong ROI.
Be a champion for drivvn's clients and help them sell more cars online focussed on four key principles:

  • Client Success
    • Focussed on attaining key KPIs and OKRs linked to the deployment & delivery of software and services

    • Client Support
      • Ensuring the Customer is supported E2E on the engagement with regular touchpoints

      • Client Operations
        • Support financial, resourcing, contractual, SOW, license & invoicing operations to manage the customer account supported by PMO

        • Client Experience
          • Ensuring the customer enjoys working with drivvn and maximises the potential of our services and products

            Roles & Responsibilities

            • Be our AGILE champion
            • Drive all the right behaviours and outcomes through a robust and scalable AGILE framework
            • Ensuring we get clear and metric driven reporting from our Scrum teams
            • Define how our teams deliver to our client
            • Oversee financials for projects - on time & on budget


              • Support the client leadership teams by ensuring the client delivery outcomes are of the highest quality
              • Ensure adherence to time logging and estimations
              • Attend and drive all Scrum meetings with your teams


                • Forge strong partnerships with your clients and be their first point of contact
                • Educate and help the teams continuously improve
                • Attend client meetings and provide meaningful updates on delivery progress


                  • Manage all deliverables with your teams from discovery through to delivery, ensuring we deliver on time and with quality
                  • Fluent around digital delivery and SaaS
                  • Aware of digital transformation taking place and its impact on the automotive industry
                    Knowledge, Skills and Experience
                    • Experience in a client facing role
                      • Proven experience of managing, developing and improving AGILE at scale frameworks and motivating others to support you
                        • Experience working with both external and internal teams both nearshore and onshore
                          • Demonstrates a desire to learn and improve
                            • Be outcome focussed in delivery and driven by quality, value and efficiency
                              • Experience within an ecommerce or SaaS environment (auto experience optional)
                                • Experience of third party / outsourced service delivery supplier management
                                  • You'll thrive working in a demanding environment; bringing a high level of delivery focus and driving quality outputs
                                    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical challenges in a simple and effective manner and build strong relationships with your teams based on mutual respect, openness, and transparency
                                      • Great presentation skills and ability to run workshop sessions with client and internal team
                                        About You
