The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction
projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to
timelines, budgets, and quality standards. They coordinate with
various stakeholders, manage resources, and maintain effective

continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced and
motivated Lead Project Manager to join their dynamic team to work
on ground up and renovations projects in the Academic, Healthcare,
and commercial sectors. They are doing about $55M in annual revenue

and responsibilities include the following:
- Project Management: Oversee and lead multiple projects
simultaneously from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to
timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Preconstruction/Project Planning: Collaborate with clients,
architects, and engineers to develop detailed project plans,
including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Design-Build: Work closely with the design team to develop
innovative and cost-effective design solutions, ensuring compliance
with client requirements and building codes.
- Construction Management: Direct and coordinate all on-site
construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols,
quality control, and timely project delivery.
- General Contracting: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and
other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication,
coordination, and resolution of issues.
- Self Perform Capabilities: Oversee and supervise in-house
construction activities, leveraging our self-perform capabilities
to enhance project efficiency and quality.ProfileIn return for a

possess the following:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of project
management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on
ground-up projects.
- Construction Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction
processes, techniques, and best practices, including
preconstruction, design-build, and construction management.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate
cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and
results-oriented work environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and
problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate
challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with
clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring
accuracy in project documentation, cost estimates, and project
specifications.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,
Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent
