Johnson Controls, a global leader in innovative smart building technologies, is looking for an experienced General Manager for Sustainable Infrastructure in the Northeast region. This role is critical to spearhead our initiatives aimed at enhancing building efficiency, sustainability, and security. The General Manager will have a significant impact on driving sustainable practices within the public works and infrastructure sector, leveraging Johnson Controls' advanced technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sustainable development, project management, and leadership, fostering relationships with stakeholders to promote a greener infrastructure. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for sustainable infrastructure projects across the Northeast region. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and budget targets are met. Collaborate with government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable building practices. Oversee the adaptation of new technologies and innovations in building management systems. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on project progress and sustainability impacts. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning sustainable development and infrastructure management.
