Outstanding facility is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to provide quality care to enable residents to achieve and maintain the maximum level of functional ability while maintaining positive level of interaction with facility and resident.
Facility rehab team functions as a cohesive team, with a well experienced director providing superb care to our residents.

The speech therapists works with the RD, evaluates, develops, and organizes/implements resident care programs through utilization of selected ST procedures in individual group sessions.

manage caseload in all areas of identifying residents through screenings processes, maintains productivity expectations.

implements new and innovative processes to assist residents in achieving their goals

meets with residents and families prior to discharge to educate for follow through post discharge
