Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5pm Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining and restocking medications and supplies for providers in assigned territoryOrganize and maintains a consistent stock of inventory by ordering and receiving stockEnsures accuracy of the digital vs the physical inventory on handEnsure provider compliance by tracking medication and supply usage and documentationMaintain medical refrigerator, document daily temperatures, and download temperature reports. Provide support to the market during annual flu campaignProvide support to the pharmacist and market pharmacy team for clinical pharmacy programs by completing phone calls, faxing patients, providers, pharmacies and/or health plansCall and follow up with patients as directed by the pharmacist and will relay findings to pharmacistContact and follow-up with community providers and prescribers via fax and phone regarding pharmacist recommendations, track status, triage pharmacy fax inbox for responsesContact community pharmacies to verify co-pays and/or to investigate medication access issues on behalf of patientsEducates patients on pharmacy-based rules related to medication resources or assistance programProvide support and guidance to patients and the market on medication adherence by actively communicating pill packaging, home delivery, and mail order solutionsExecutes and maintains reports and mail patient education to patientsTriage incoming Landmark Pharmacy tasks and referrals and track statusPerform other duties and projects as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2+ years of current or recent pharmacy or PBM experience1+ years of current or recent pharmacy or PBM experienceIntermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.
