Job Description:

Big River Veterinary Service is looking to hire reliable veterinary technicians and receptionists. We are a well equipped, family oriented practice. We perform surgeries of all types including orthopedic procedures such as TPLO, LSS and MLP surgery. The hospital is well equipped with ultrasound and CT in house as well as stem cell therapy. We have the capability to perform processing of stem cells and platelet rich plasmas in house. We perform a large number of orthopedic procedures. We are expanding into the area of regenerative medicine and have cell isolation equipment and ELISA machines for analyzing growth factors. We work Monay through Thursday 8 AM- 5 PM and Friday from AM to 4 PM. No weekends. Medical, dental benefits available. Other benefits include 4 weeks paid vacation and 8 paid holidays. Technicians provide anesthesia monitoring, anesthesia induction, patient recovery, restraint, client education and assist the veterinarian in procedures and surgeries. Salary is commensurate with experience. Certified technicians preferred. Must be a team player and get a long well with others. A good sense of humor is essential. Work should be fun.
