You will work with families in a hybrid of telehealth and in-person sessions to provide services. This position is working with children ages 0-3.Sign-On Bonus: $2,000Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Fee-For-Service Available!We are looking for Speech Language Pathologists who have:Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Massachusetts CCC-SLP License, required.Meet DPH requirements.A valid drivers license and reliable transportation, required.Pediatric experience.The physical requirements for our SLPs:Frequent movement within classroom including but not limited to kneeling, bending, sitting, lifting, and positioning of childrenAbility to lift 50 pounds alone, 51+ pounds with the assistance of another person or adaptive equipmentIn this role, our Speech-Language Pathologist get to:Partner with families to identify each childs strengths and developmental needsTogether develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)Work closely with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of serviceOversee case management and referral services to assigned caseloadConduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and supportFacilitate parent/child and/or child groupsComplete reports of assessments, progress reports, IFSPs, and discharge summariesMaintain appropriate communication with physicians, clinics, and community agencies participating in each childs careKDC values a diverse workforce.
