OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Match has an opening for a part-time Social Worker (LICSW) who can
provide clinical supervision to school social workers and interns
across Matchs three school campuses: Match High School on 1001
Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton, Match Middle School on 215 Forest
Hills St. in Jamaica Plain, and Match Community Day on 100 Poydras
St. in Hyde Park. This job is approximately 30 hours/week and could
include some direct work with students and families. The Social
Worker will collaborate closely with leadership to effectively meet
the clinical needs of the school social workers and interns. -
Qualified candidates need to be Licensed Independent Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
The salary range for full-time social workers new to Match is
$67,812-104,899 and is determined by the candidates prior years of
full-time counseling experience. The salary for this position will
be prorated for part-time work. Match offers a comprehensive
benefits package that includes 90% coverage of employee health
insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan repayment assistance.
