Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:OR - Operating Room - Discipline:RN - Duration:13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:10 hours, days, rotating - Employment Type:Travel Operating Room RN – Salem, MA 01970 Shift:Days/Evenings & Weekend Rotation – 40 hrs/week Call Required ?Facility Details - Unit Name:Operating Room - Setting:Complex community hospital - Trauma Level:Level III - Bed Count:15 OR suites - Daily Census:~30–40 cases/day - EMR:EPIC ?Schedule & Shift Requirements - Primary Shift:Days - Rotations: - Evenings (1 PM – 11:30 PM):1–2 shifts per 4-week schedule - Weekends:1–2 per 4-week schedule - Call Requirements: - 1holiday call - 2–3weekday callsper 4-week schedule - 1–2weekend callsper 4-week schedule - Example: If working Saturday 7 AM–5:30 PM, call follows from 5:30 PM–11 PM ?Experience & Skills - Experience:1–2 years minimum in Operating Room - Required Skills: - Circulating independently - Basic aseptic technique - Multi-specialty case competence - Clinician to Patient Ratio:1:1 - Patient Population:Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric ?Certifications - Required: - Active Massachusetts RN License - BLS (AHA) - Preferred: - BSN - CNOR certification - Scrub experience Experience & Skills Experience: 1–2 years minimum in Operating Room Required Skills:Circulating independently Basic aseptic technique Multi-specialty case competence Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:1 Patient Population: Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric ?
