About the Opportunity: Our health system has 11 outpatient practice locations Current opening on the site with 7 Providers Call 1:7 Full age range of patients from Pediatrics through Adult 36 patient contact hours No night or weekend office hours required The average daily patient census is 16-18 Patient panel capped at 1600 EPIC EMR Option to teach Medical Students and Residents Compensation/Benefits: Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, then production-based for high earnings potential 5 weeks PTO annually, plus 6 holidays, six sick days, and 1 week CME Employer matching 403b retirement Health and dental (with high employer contribution), malpractice with tail Federal loan repayment program available Signing bonus and relocation assistance available Location/Community: Located in south central Connecticut, just 17 miles from Hartford 3 hours to New York City The population is just under 48,000 people Local University, Children's Museum, state park, shopping, and dining JV-14
