Advantage Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager, OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel OR Nurse Manager Shift: 10a–8p, 10-hour days Requirements: CNOR required 2 years perioperative & surgical management experience Documented management experience EMR: Meditech Local candidates (within 50 miles) at local rate Responsibilities: Oversee daily surgical flow, staffing, and case scheduling Collaborate with anesthesia, surgeons, and department chiefs Adjust assignments to ensure safe patient care and efficiency Provide on-call coverage across all specialties Preferred Competencies: Ortho trauma, total joints (Hip, Knee, Shoulder) Vascular (Fem Pop, AAA, AV fistula, Thrombectomies) GYN, General, Colorectal, ENT, Urology, Spine, Trauma Ability to run camera for laparoscopic cases Thoracic experience a plus, but not mandatory for approval Advantage Staffing Services Job ID 1113.
