pharmacist support to enhance on-site coverage and maintain smooth
operations. Currently staffed by a single pharmacist, this role

Part-time PRN Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense
prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide patient counseling and clinical support to optimize
therapeutic outcomes Perform point-of-care testing and
test-to-treat services following state protocols Collaborate
effectively with prescribers and healthcare partners to enhance
patient care Maintain thorough documentation and ensure regulatory
compliance Opportunity to expand into compounding,

training Qualifications: Active Pharmacist license in Kentucky and
Indiana required Experience in retail, clinical, or compounding
