Job Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) ongoing needs $50-55/hour About the Role:
Were looking for experienced Registered Nurses to provide
high-quality, patient-centered care in a stable, supportive
environment. Youll work with a collaborative clinical team and have
a manageable patient load that allows for more personalized
attention. This posting reflects ongoing RN needs; shift
availability may vary based on current openings. Please share your
preferred shift (days/evenings/nights) during the screening process
so we can match you accordingly. Pay range is between $50-55/hour
based on qualifying factors. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
compassionate, high-quality nursing care with a focus on safety,
dignity, and comfort Monitor patient status and communicate changes
promptly to the care team and providers Work collaboratively with
other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive,
coordinated care Requirements: Active RN license in Massachusetts
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
Must be comfortable working as part of a team while being reliable
