Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical intervention plans. Lead a team of physical therapists, aides, and support staff to ensure effective patient care. Provide specialized physical therapy sessions and oversee the implementation of therapeutic programs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor rehabilitation to individual patient needs. Conduct patient and family education on therapy and preventive measures to enhance recovery. Maintain accurate patient records and analyze data to improve therapy outcomes. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and healthcare regulations. Expertise in advanced physical therapy techniques and patient management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle complex patient cases Proficient in medical software and data analysis Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed Physical Therapist CPR and First Aid certification Optional: Board-certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics or Neurology
