Job Description:

seeks a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our
dedicated team. This position offers the unique opportunity to
provide one-on-one nursing care in a patient's home setting,
focusing on their individual needs and enabling them to achieve
their highest possible level of health and independence. Our
Private Duty Nurses play a pivotal role in tailoring care plans to
patient-specific conditions, working closely with families, and
supporting patients' health and emotional well-being. Administer
medications, perform daily patient assessments, and monitor vital
signs. Implement patient-specific treatment plans based on
physician orders and clinical needs. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, medication, and self-care skills.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, monitoring
patients' conditions, progress, and potential risks. Coordinate
with healthcare team members to ensure optimum patient care. Adhere
to all safety and health regulations, ensuring compassionate and
ethical patient care. Strong clinical skills with the ability to
work independently Excellent organization and communication skills
Proficiency in documenting and clinical reporting Advanced
knowledge of home health regulatory and reimbursement requirements
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
Valid RN license in the state of employment CPR certified Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
