Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An Early
Childhood educational setting in Brockton, MA is seeking a
full-time Occupational Therapist to support a PreK caseload. This
contract position is available for the current school year (CSY),
with an immediate start through June 24, 2026. Responsibilities
include: Providing occupational therapy evaluations and
interventions tailored to the developmental needs of preschool-aged
children Collaborating with educators, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) Implementing evidence-based therapeutic strategies
to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional
abilities Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with
school policies and regulatory standards Participating in ongoing
professional development and team meetings to stay current with
best practices Desired qualifications and experience: Licensed
Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings,
preferably in early childhood education Demonstrated ability to
manage a diverse PreK caseload effectively Strong communication
skills for working closely with children, parents, and school staff
Familiarity with federal and state special education regulations
and documentation requirements Commitment to fostering inclusive,
supportive environments that promote children's growth and
independence This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.62 to $63.62.
