Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, days to be confirmed (Day shift)

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents, prioritizing
dignity and comfort Administer medications and treatments
accurately and document per facility policy Assess, monitor and
record resident vital signs and changes in condition Collaborate
with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
Perform wound care, ADL support, and other clinical procedures as
required Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff to
ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate electronic and paper
records and comply with regulatory standards Qualifications Current
LPN or RN license in Massachusetts (required) Completion of an
accredited practical or registered nursing program BLS/CPR
certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Current
immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing
preferred but new grads welcome to apply Strong communication
skills and a team-oriented attitude Education Graduate of an
accredited practical nursing (LPN) or registered nursing (RN)
program Relevant state licensure required (LPN or RN) Knowledge &
Skills Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Basic to intermediate wound care and ADL support Ability to
recognize and respond to changes in resident condition Familiarity
with electronic medical records (EMR) or willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
Time management, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
