Lower than industry norms, our expectations are less than 12
patients per day Visit structure: 1:1 patient care Documentation:
AI-supported documentation Prompt EMR to reduce after-hours
documentation Schedules: Predictable, thoughtfully built schedules
Care decisions: PT-led clinical autonomy— you decide the plan of
care Support staff: Exercise Specialists to support treatment flow
so you can focus on being a clinician If something starts to creep
toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That’s part of the job
design - not an afterthought. Mentorship & Professional Development
Peak is a teaching practice by design. Professional development is
part of your workweek—not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU
requirements: 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director Peer Mentor Monthly
Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month) Core-4 Series to align
clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles In-house Orthopedic
Residency , Dry Needling (Level I & II) , and COMT pathways
Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular,
Pediatrics, and more) We invest $15,000 in your professional

pelvic health, vestibular, TMJ, aquatic therapy, pediatrics, dry
