Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Staff Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telemetry RN to join our nursing team. This full-time night shift role offers competitive pay, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical/telemetry unit. Key Details - Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) - Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts per week (36 hours) every other weekend/holiday - Patient Ratio: 1:5 - Experience Preferred: 2 years Telemetry nursing experience - Licensure: Rhode Island RN license or Compact license preferred - Salary Range: $65,201 – $89,856 annually - Weekly Range: $1,253.88 – $1,728.00 Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care in the Telemetry unit - Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and manage IVs - Interpret and respond to telemetry monitoring - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care - Document patient care accurately in EMR systems - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Qualifications - Current RN license (RI or Compact preferred) - 2 years Telemetry nursing experience preferred - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits - Competitive salary ($65,201 – $89,856 annually) - Weekly pay range: $1,253.88 – $1,728.00 - Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement) Medical Solutions Direct Hire Job ID 890518.
