Position: Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist (Travel/Contract) We're
hiring experienced Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist for a 13-week
contract in Brockton, Massachusetts — earn up to ($2598 - $2734 per
week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most
candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience

high-quality physical therapy services to patients in various
settings. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient
assessments and goals. Achieve performance targets and contribute
to team success metrics. Monitor patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary. Participate in ongoing professional
development and training opportunities. Engage in self-reflection
and seek feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments
and outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient
outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home
exercises. Manage time effectively to meet patient needs and
administrative tasks. Participate in team meetings to discuss
patient care and operational strategies. Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts with current
certification. Experience in developing and implementing treatment
plans tailored to patient needs. Commitment to continuous
professional development and self-improvement. Experience in
utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance treatment outcomes.
Track record of meeting performance targets and contributing to
team success. Strong communication skills for effective patient and
family education. Ability to work collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong time management skills to
balance patient care and administrative duties. Willingness to
engage in feedback and self-reflection for improvement. Proficient
