Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing
in school settings, based in Norfolk, VA. This role involves
providing therapy services to support students' developmental and
functional abilities within a school environment. The position
includes travel to multiple school locations in the region,
offering variety and the chance to impact diverse student
populations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop
individualized treatment plans to support students educational
goals. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving fine
motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting. Document
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet students
evolving needs. Maintain compliance with state and federal
regulations governing therapy services in schools. Desired
Qualifications and Experience: Current Occupational Therapy license
valid in the relevant state. Experience working with school-aged
children in an educational setting. Strong communication skills for
effective collaboration with school staff and families. Ability to
manage travel efficiently between different school sites. Knowledge
of educational laws and IDEA guidelines is preferred.
