Provide direct nursing care according to the personalized care plans developed for each patient Monitor patient health status and respond to patient needs as they arise Administer medications and maintain accurate records of treatment Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and options Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and standards Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in administering medications and providing treatments Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Compassionate patient care with a strong commitment to recovery-focused health practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current LPN license in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification IV certification preferred
