Job Description Chief Medical Officer - Fall River, MA Job Type:
Full-Time Shifts: Days (Monday-Friday); Occasional
evenings/weekends as needed Healthcare Setting: Outpatient
Community Health Responsibilities: • Provide clinical leadership
for physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare teams • Guide
initiatives around quality, safety, patient engagement, and
population health • Direct patient care, including consultations,
exams, procedures, and prescribing treatments • Lead development
and integration of electronic health record (EHR) systems • Support
advancement as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) • Perform
medical oversight, including referrals, continuity of care, and
wellness visits • Represent the clinical vision of the organization
in alignment with strategic goals • Participate in partnerships
with external entities and clinical affiliations Qualifications: •
MD/DO degree with current licensure to practice in Massachusetts •
Board Certification in Family Medicine (preferred) • Valid DEA and
Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration • Minimum 3 years
of leadership or supervisory experience • Previous work in public
health or community health (preferred) • Valid driver's license and
