Registered Nurse (Travel RN) – Boston, MA | 13-week contract at a
Magnet-designated Level I Trauma center in the Longwood Medical

Details/n /n - Location: Boston, MA 02115 (Longwood Medical Area)/n
- Assignment Type: Travel Contract – Travel RN / Pediatric PACU
RN/n - Unit: Main PACU - Post Anesthesia Recovery (Pediatric
PACU)/n - Duration: 13 weeks (April 12, 2026 – July 12, 2026)/n -
Hours: 40 hours per week/n - Shifts: 4x10-hour day shifts (rotating
start times: 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am; Monday–Friday)/n -
Weekend/Holiday: No required weekend or holiday shifts (optional
weekend hours available)/n - Estimated Weekly Pay:
$2,370–$2,500/week/n - First-time travelers accepted/n - Parking:
Discounted off-site parking with shuttle service; free night

PACU RNs and Travel Registered Nurses for short-term pediatric
nursing jobs in Boston. Work in a Magnet hospital with Level III/IV
NICU support and a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Ideal for
PACU nurses with pediatric anesthesia and post-op experience./n
/n/nJob Requirements/n /n - Minimum 2 years of RN experience
(Pediatric PACU or Pediatric ICU preferred)/n - Active Registered
Nurse license (permanent MA license required)/n - BLS and PALS
certifications required/n - BSN preferred/n - Experience with
Cerner or Epic electronic medical records (Epic preferred)/n -
Ability to provide two professional references from two of the last
three employers (different facilities)/n - COVID-19 and Flu
vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)/n
/n/nCore Responsibilities/n /n - Provide high-quality pediatric
nursing care in the PACU setting for post-anesthesia and
post-operative patients/n - Monitor and manage pediatric patients
recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures, including
airway and pain management/n - Perform advanced assessments and
promptly identify and respond to changes in patient condition/n -
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, pediatric
intensivists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal
outcomes/n - Document care accurately and timely in electronic
medical records (Cerner/Epic)/n - Participate in unit-based quality
improvement initiatives and support a culture of safety and
excellence/n - Adapt to rotating day shift start times and support
