Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic
Technologist for a Diagnostic Imaging role in a pain clinic
setting, requiring extensive pain procedure experience including
epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency
ablation. Details - Outpatient pain clinic setting - 10-hour day
shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00
PM - 13-week contract - No call or holiday coverage required -
Procedures include Lumbar and Cervical Transforaminal and
Interlaminar Epidural Steroid Injections, Thoracic Epidural Steroid
Injections, Lumbar and Cervical Facet Joint Injections, Medial
Branch Blocks (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), SI Joint Injections,
Greater and Third Occipital Nerve Blocks, Intercostal Nerve Blocks,
Cluneal Nerve Blocks, Pudendal and Genicular Nerve Blocks,
Suprascapular Nerve Blocks, Piriformis Muscle Injections,
Ilioinguinal/Iliohypogastric Nerve Blocks, Lateral Femoral
Cutaneous Nerve Blocks, Trigger Point Injections, Radiofrequency
Ablation, Caudal procedures, and Blood Patches Requirements - Pain
clinic experience required - Demonstrated experience with the full
range of pain procedures performed at this facility, including
epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation,
caudal procedures, and blood patches - Current ARRT certification
and BLS required - MA Radiologic Technologist license required if
applicable - Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the
facility to be eligible - COVID vaccine with booster and flu
vaccine required (medical exemptions accepted) Additional
Information - Perform fluoroscopy-guided pain management procedures
under physician direction in an outpatient pain clinic -
Orientation is held weekly on Mondays (excluding holidays) - A
manager interview is required prior to offer; candidates should be
prepared to provide availability for interview - All requested time
off must be disclosed at the time of consideration - Candidates who
have worked at any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility (travel,
permanent, or per diem) within the last 6 months are not eligible —
a 6-month separation is required before returning - Parking in the
