What You ll Do

• Provide inpatient patient care within a hospital Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery setting
• Complete patient H&Ps, order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
• Order medications and write prescriptions as appropriate
• Perform bedside procedures as appropriate
• Manage and assess therapeutic interventions and patient response
• Develop and maintain an appropriate plan of care and ongoing evaluation
• Support inpatient rounds and continuity of care for adult patients (average daily census: 10)

What You NeedRequired

• Board certifications (required)
• Massachusetts (MA) state license
• 1 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to provide inpatient PA coverage and patient care (including H&Ps, orders, interpretation, and bedside procedures as appropriate)

Preferred

• Experience specifically aligned with inpatient Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

About the Assignment
This is a hospital-based Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Physician Assistant opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts, supporting inpatient adult care with an average daily census of approximately 10 patients. The schedule is day shift only, with 3x12-hour shifts per week (typically Wed Fri, with flexibility to cover Mon/Tues as needed), and no weekends, no nights, and no holidays. EMR: Epic.
