Team-Oriented Environment: Join 40+ physicians and 20 APPs. Hybrid Scheduling: 7 on/7 off and regular day schedules. Manageable Patient Volume: Within SHM recommended ranges. Democratic & Collegial Group: Your contributions are valued. Focus on Exceptional Patient Care. Position Offers: Base salary range: $240,000 - $316,000 Performance-based incentives may be available.
