Licensed Massage Therapist (Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential) The Well for Women – New Haven, CT The Well for Women, a growing massage therapy practice in New Haven, CT, is hiring. We've recently expanded with two new treatment rooms and are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our supportive, inclusive team. Position Details - Part-time to start, with potential to move to full-time - Employee status - Focus on prenatal massage and care for women, women-identifying, and non-binary clients Schedule Needs - Monday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM - Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Compensation & Perks - 44% of service revenue to start, with an increase after 90 days - 100% of tips - Professional, supportive work culture Interview Process - First interview: 20–25 minute conversation 20–25 minute hands-on demo with hiring manager - Second interview (if selected): Additional questions and demo with less than 20–25 minute conversation 20–25 minute hands-on demo with owner
