Job Description Job Description Description: Hotel Houseman / Houseperson – Newton, Massachusetts We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman (Houseperson) to join the housekeeping team at our hotel in Newton, MA . This is an in-hotel position supporting our room attendants and ensuring our property stays clean and guest-ready. Key Responsibilities: Assist room attendants with linen delivery and trash removal Maintain cleanliness of hotel hallways, lobbies, and public areas Respond to guest and housekeeping requests quickly and professionally Help set up and break down meeting/event spaces (if applicable) Replenish housekeeping carts and supply closets Requirements: Qualifications: Previous hotel or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
