Description:Performance Expectations/Key ChallengesInput client
data into Tides' electronic health record or state/outside database
as assigned by Mobile Crisis Supervisor or his/her designee.Utilize
database reporting functions to monitor missing information and
documentation. Coordinate with Mobile Crisis staff to ensure
compliance of documentation.Communicate with collateral providers
for client records and information as needed.Work with the Mobile
Crisis Supervisor or his/her designee to perform electronic chart
maintenance activities for the program.When directed by the Mobile
Crisis Supervisor, connect with stakeholders including clients,
families, and/or referral sources to obtain data such as
baseline/outcome data and stakeholder feedback in order to inform
the Continuous Quality Improvement program within Tides.Perform any
additional tasks or duties as assigned.Maintaining a high level of
confidentiality and adherence to the NASW Code of Ethics Requires
travel to multiple Tides sites- West Warwick, Providence,
Pawtucket, Middletown, Woonsocket, and
Wakefield.RequirementsRequirements: Critical Knowledge/Skills2-4
years of administrative experience in human services, healthcare
and other non-profit agencies.A demonstrated solid track record of
maintenance of client charts, helping to ensure the timely and
accurate completion of all required paperwork.Skilled in data
entry.High level of organization and detail oriented.Essential
Roles/ExperiencesExperience with maintaining tracking systems
maintenance of client charts, helping to ensure the timely and
accurate completion of all required paperwork.Skilled in data
entry.Skilled in customer relations and
confidentiality.Degrees/Certifications/LicensesAssociates Degree -
Required.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint).Proficiency with remote conferencing
technology (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc) Valid driver's license
and registered/inspected vehicle - Required.Bilingual; English,
Spanish, Portuguese, Creole - Preferred.
