Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a compensation plan that may include commission and/or bonus earnings, which vary based on multiple factors outlined in the plan.DescriptionJoin US Retail Market's (USRM) Experience department as a Systems Support Analyst II on our Salesforce admin team! You will leverage your business analysis and Salesforce admin skills to build solutions and collaborate with like-minded teammates. This role involves working within an agile squad, engaging with business stakeholders and IT partners to develop and enhance technical solutions using various Salesforce products to support business processes and operations. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing to create business requirements, providing system support, and handling data requests. As a Salesforce admin, you'll configure Salesforce, create reports and dashboards, and ensure quality delivery. This position offers a chance to contribute to a high-performing team impacting sales, service, and marketing domains.This is a remote position; however, you will be required to visit the office twice a week if you reside within 50 miles of Boston, MA; Seattle, WA; or Portsmouth, NH. This policy may change.Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out intermediate-level Salesforce configuration enhancements to facilitate project delivery.
• Analyzing and documenting moderate-complexity business problems and providing recommendations based on research.
• Translating business requirements into user stories and developing solutions through configuration and development.
• Assisting in developing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Participating in release coordination, providing production support, and handling advanced reporting and analysis.
• Maintaining weekly, monthly, and ad hoc data load processes as needed.
• Developing communication plans and effectively communicating solutions to build strong customer relationships.
• Preparing user documentation and training materials.Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, and processes.
• Understanding of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with diverse technologies and current architectures.
• Understanding re-engineering challenges.
• Skills in object, data, or process modeling; financial analysis; and business process design.
