Duration: 6 months plus extension
Compensation: 60 - 65hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in
the U.S.
Full Stack Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer, You will be contributing to the design,
development, testing, prod releases and on-call support on React JS
based UI frameworks and backend system for applications.
What You'll Do:
Design and develop UI Components using ReactJS & frontend
technologies focusing on scalability, latency, and resiliency.
Actively participate in architecture and code reviews to deliver
high quality code.
Actively participate in scrum ceremonies such as grooming,
planning, demos and retros.
Make meaningful contributions to the team's service architecture,
data architecture, dev-ops, infrastructure as code, deployment
pipelines and public cloud services as part of a software
development team.
Adhere to enterprise architecture and coding standards.
Create, enhance or integrate APIs using ReactJs and Java.
Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshooting production issues
and operational excellence.
You will have responsibility over components of the systems - both
development and operational needs.
Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative
development.
Debug production issues in the services and tech stack.
Be a hands-on Engineer spending most of your time writing code or
debugging complex issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (CS related preferred) or equivalent work
experience.
4+ years of experience in front end technology.
Minimum 3 years of software development experience in ReactJS
framework.
Minimum 1 years of software development in Java / Spring Boot
stack.
Experience in professional software engineering practices
throughout the full software development lifecycle, including
designing, developing, conducting code reviews, managing source
control, overseeing build processes, testing, deployment, and
operations.
Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals - object-oriented
design, data structures, algorithm - design, problem solving, and
complexity analysis
Analytical abilities and design skills & a working knowledge of
design patterns
Experience with designing, building and deploying features
Ability to learn domain knowledge in e-commerce.
