Job Description Certification Details - BLS - ARDMS Job Details - Position: Sonographer - Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts - Facility: Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital - Hospital System: Mass General Brigham - Shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week - Some call required - Preference for candidates with OB/GYN experience Job Requirements - ARDMS certification required - BLS certification required - Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date - MA Conditional Licenses not accepted Schedule Information - Shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week - Some call required Additional Details - Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually - Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required - Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions - TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break - Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break - Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred - Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred - Criminal background checks and CORI checks required within specified timeframes - Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission - References required for submission - Skills checklist required for submission - Confirmation of Assignment/POI form required for all initial assignments and extensions - Education verification required - SSN trace required - National sex offender check required - Exclusion checks required
